Madam Undersecretary Dolores\u00a0Umbridge (who would later assume the titles of Hogwarts High Inquisitor and Headmistress) enacted many educational decrees<\/strong> during her time at Hogwarts. One of them can be found at this year’s Hallween house.<\/p>\n

To create the housing for the decrees, I gathered some thin wood and several pieces of 1X2s.<\/p>\n

\"2016<\/a>I found several educational decrees online, chose one (the one decreeing Dolores Umbridge as Hogwarts High Inquisitor) and printed it out on regular 8\u00bd X 11 paper. \u00a0Then, I measured the pieces to create a frame around it. (the main 1X2s were about 12 in. long).<\/p>\n

\"2016<\/a>I then used a staple gun to staple the 1X2s to the thin wood through the back.<\/p>\n

\"2016<\/a>For the top ‘roof’ shape, I cut 1X2s at an angle so that they hung over the sides a bit.<\/p>\n

\"2016<\/a>Finally, I trimmed off the excess thin wood and added a chain.<\/p>\n
