In the Hobbit, Smaug tells Bilbo, “My teeth are swords!”  When it came time to create those “swords” for our Smaug, we took some foam that was discarded from a seat reupholstering project, cut it to shape with scissors and painted them white.  While they may not be as hard as a sword, Grace thinks they are still pretty ‘sharp.’
